The Compass Congress comprises both a scientific meeting to share knowledge, joint working sessions and networking between public entities, and the preparation of a subsequent publication that will serve as the initial basic analysis document for the development of the Project.
\nThe thematic discussion will explore crucial aspects such as the state organisation of migratory movements, training processes for migrants, evaluating training and labour demand in host societies, accurate information on safe migration processes, and communication and awareness-raising on both sides.
