CETECIMA presents the publication of the Blue Economy Activity Report in the Canary Islands 2024. During the event there will be a presentation of the talk, with the introduction of the director of the RSEAPGC, Mr. Jose Joaquin Diaz de Aguilar; presentation by the president of CETECIMA, Mr. Jose Luis Guersi and Mr. Sebastian Hernandez, director of CETECIMA, on the contents of the new report. Afterwards, a colloquium will be opened with interaction and questions from the attendees.<\/p>\n

The objective of the document is to analyze the Blue Economy of the Canary Islands archipelago, through the characterization and quantification of the marine-maritime sectors, as well as their activity indicators, providing a tool for decision making that shows a wide statistical range that can contribute to the formulation of strategies, academic research and, to guide investment and development policies of the blue economy in the region.<\/p>\n
