The Steering Committee took the approval decisions on the projects submitted to the first call, which were ratified by the Monitoring Committee.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Both committees, chaired by the Managing Authority of the Programme, included participants from the Governments of the European regions and African countries, the Member States of Spain and Portugal and the European Commission.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The list of approved projects and the reserve list are available:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"
