Le Comit\u00e9 de Pilotage a pris les d\u00e9cisions d&rsquo;approbation des projets soumis au premier appel, qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 ratifi\u00e9es par le Comit\u00e9 de Suivi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les deux comit\u00e9s, pr\u00e9sid\u00e9s par l&rsquo;Autorit\u00e9 de Gestion du Programme, ont compt\u00e9 avec la participation des Gouvernements des r\u00e9gions europ\u00e9ennes et des pays africains, des Etats membres de l&rsquo;Espagne et du Portugal et de la Commission Europ\u00e9enne.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La liste des projets approuv\u00e9s et la liste de r\u00e9serve sont disponibles :<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><a
