Presentation day for approved projects, within the framework of the 1st call and 2nd call (capitalisation) of the programme, in which partners from Ivory Coast are participating.
The ATLANTE project is a strategic initiative under the INTERREG MAC Programme designed to support cooperation governance, one of whose objectives is to boost cooperation between European and African organisations in the region. Within this framework, the aim of this event is to raise the profile of MAC projects approved in partner African countries, facilitate networking between organisations, and identify synergies between projects.
The conference, aimed at presenting the ten projects with Ivory Coast approved in the first call for proposals, is organised in collaboration with our local Ivorian partner and the MAC Programme’s focal point in the country, the Coordination Unit for the Côte d’Ivoire-European Union Strategic Partnership, which reports to the Prime Minister’s Office, and will be attended by representatives from the various ministries and institutions responsible for the priority areas of the MAC 2021-2027 programme, as well as the Ivorian project partners, the European Union Delegation, the Spanish and Portuguese Embassies, multilateral organisations and other key stakeholders.
The event will feature an institutional opening and a presentation of the INTERREG MAC 2021-2027 Programme by the Managing Authority, and of the ATLANTE strategic project by its partners. Each project will then be presented, grouped by thematic areas, by the lead partner alongside their Ivorian partner. At the end of the event, time will be set aside for organisations wishing to do so to engage in bilateral networking.
