The African Fashion Show and Market Place will transform the courtyard of Casa África into a vibrant hub for African creativity, identity and entrepreneurship in the fields of textile design, accessories and fashion in the Canary Islands. From 6.30 pm, we will open the courtyard to the public, and from 7.00 pm, visitors will be able to enjoy a fashion show showcasing the aesthetic richness and diversity of contemporary African fashion, through the collections of African brands based in the Canary Islands, whose designs bridge the gap between tradition and modernity, craftsmanship and contemporary design. The brands taking part in this year’s show are Geaniva, Universo GC, Slow Snail, Oulata, Wakavi, Sul Magassouba and PT Cosmética, joined by Mamah Africa, which is travelling from Madrid.
