InvestigaFest is an interdisciplinary event that will bring together researchers from the two main public universities in the Canary Islands—the University of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria (ULPGC) and the University of La Laguna (ULL)—alongside innovative companies from the archipelago. The aim is clear: to create a forum for companies and researchers to identify business challenges, share knowledge and generate new opportunities for collaboration in R&D&I.
During the event, attendees will be able to take part in various activities designed to facilitate contact between academia and business, including:
A talk on open innovation and university-business collaboration.
Working groups between researchers and companies focusing on specific business challenges.
Networking spaces to share ideas, explore projects and forge new partnerships.
In addition, the event will include live entertainment and a cocktail reception, offering a more informal setting to continue sharing ideas and forging new professional connections.

InvestigaFest is organised by FCPCT-ULPGC, ULL, FGULL, EMERGE and PCTT, and aims to become a space where academia and business come together to generate new ideas, collaborations and innovative projects in the Canary Islands.
