The Regional Secretariat for Tourism, Mobility and Infrastructures is organising a Conference on Cooperation between the Azores and the Canary Islands, to present the PRISMAC project to the institutions, through a rigorous technical and scientific effort.
The conference will take place in the amphitheatre of the Regional Laboratory of Civil Engineering on 22 April at 9.30 am. The event will be attended by the Vice-Minister of Infrastructure of the Canary Islands Government, who will represent the Canary Islands Government entities, reinforcing the interregional dimension of the initiative.
The multidisciplinary programme of the launch includes a series of public events on the different axes, and the presentation of various initiatives on risk mitigation and management, in a format that will include the participation of various guest speakers and a round table. As part of all the activities programmed for this Conference, there will also be parallel visits to important regional public works, with the Vice-Minister of Infrastructures of the Government of the Canary Islands.
