From 24 to 26 June, the TecnoMac project is running a series of training sessions in São Tomé and Príncipe aimed at teachers, students and technical staff, as part of Activity 2.3 of the project.
The training sessions focus on methodologies for quality detection and assurance in environmental and food microbiology, as well as on the analysis of agri-food quality markers in food and agricultural soil samples.
In addition, the programme includes a workshop on developing biomedical research projects, strengthening scientific capacity-building and the exchange of knowledge between regions.
This initiative continues to promote capacity building and scientific cooperation in Macaronesia and West Africa.
