Two new items of content are now available on this website:

• Complaints procedure: Procedure applicable to complaints submitted within the
  framework of the Programme. The complaints regulated in this document include any
  dispute that ERDF applicants or beneficiaries may raise in relation to acts, agreements
  or decisions adopted by the Programme Authorities and bodies in relation to project
  proposals submitted and the management and control of approved projects.

• Binding consultations: Consultations that may be of general interest, mainly related to
  the eligibility of expenses, which are not expressly included in other programme
  documentation.
